About

I’m Felicia Rabourn, State Representative for Kentucky’s 47th House District, proudly serving the people of Carroll, Henry, Owen, and Trimble Counties. I’m a conservative Republican, a wife, a mother of three, and someone who believes public service should always put hardworking families first.
Since taking office, I’ve fought to protect conservative values, defend constitutional freedoms, lower taxes, strengthen education, support agriculture, and invest in the infrastructure our communities depend on. I believe government works best when it’s accountable, transparent, and focused on the people, not special interests.
In Frankfort, I’ve worked to secure major investments for our region, including funding for roads, bridges, water infrastructure, broadband expansion, and local development projects that directly improve the lives of the people I represent. From improvements along I71, to local resurfacing projects, the Carrollton Prestonsville Bridge replacement, sewer and water upgrades, and safer school access roads, I’ve made it a priority to deliver real results for rural Kentucky.
I’ve also remained committed to standing firm on conservative principles. I’m proudly pro life, pro Second Amendment, and a strong advocate for parental rights, family values, and educational opportunities for Kentucky children. I believe parents, not government, know what’s best for their kids, and I’ll continue fighting to protect those rights.
Before serving in the legislature, I spent nearly a decade working in healthcare, where I saw firsthand the importance of service, hard work, and putting people first. That experience taught me how to navigate challenges, advocate for others, and stay focused on delivering results that truly make a difference in people’s lives. It continues to shape the way I serve today: approachable, responsive, and focused on getting things done.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple. Fight for the people of this district, protect the values that make Kentucky strong, and leave our communities better for the next generation.
